SHANORM Tech. is primarily engaged in the maintenance of VACUUM PUMP, trade of used machineries and parts & components; in the mean time, with its comprehensive equipment and environment as well as professional technical team providing the excellent service quality in achieving customers’ demand in shortest possible time.
Where, ISO9001 was authenticated in Jan. 2010, which achieved customer orientation, leadership in action, fully engagement, processing methodology and management system, sustaining improvement, decision making based on fact and mutual benefit relationship between supply and demand; via the principle of these eight quality control, establishing an operating process and heading for the expecting target so as to ensure fine quality product as well as the ideal service quality on going.
All professional technicians stationed in China are coming from Taiwan with strict education and training, with certified maintenance capability; more than 90% of material and parts are coming from Taiwan that quality is secured. Besides, a comprehensive customer service team is also provided to the China region that aims at the target of making service good even better.
We have been engaged in effort the development of new technology, training the professionals, and expect to provide customers more diversified and sophisticated service.
